Missouri Tax Amnesty Program begins now through November 30
Missouri tax payers with unpaid state taxes that were due on or before Dec. 31, 2014 now have the opportunity to pay without interest or penalties.

Both individuals and businesses are eligible for the Missouri Tax Amnesty Program if you have delinquent taxes for periods on or before Dec. 31, 2014. Any delinquent periods due after Dec. 31, 2014 are not eligible.
Known individuals and business that qualify will receive Amnesty Eligibility Notices in the mail from the Missouri Department of Revenue in August 2015. If you did not receive a notice, you can complete the Missouri Tax Amnesty Application which must be postmarked by Nov. 30, 2015.
