LINC Summer School begins in Kansas City Public Schools

Seventeen schools in K.C.P.S. began LINC Summer School this week with LINC staff working with AmeriCorps VISTAs. Summer school is from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., June 1-July 10

Elementary school students will continue to work on core classes while having fun this summer with reading and playing chess. LINC, AmeriCorps, and Kansas City Public Schools continue to work to reduce the 'summer slide' by keeping students active and engaged year-round with fun learning opportunities. 

Hot meals and snacks are provided so that students can learn and play throughout the day. Learn more about LINC Summer School in K.C.P.S.
