Summer school at eight LINC sites in Kansas City Public Schools begins Wednesday, June 4. In preparation, LINC certified teachers and site coordinators underwent training by KCPS staff on Wednesday, May 28 at Richardson Elementary School. 

English Language Arts, Technology, and Math were some of the topics discussed for staff teaching 1st-6th grade this summer. Presenters shared strategies to engage students in fun, educational activities using various media.
