A free screening of a documentary concerning texting and driving by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Werner Herzog will be held on November 20 at Kansas City Public Library Plaza Branch at 6 p.m.

"From One Second to the Next" portrays the story of four people who have caused or been victims of texting and driving accidents. The film was developed as part of a cellular provider campaign including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon to reduce accidents related to texting and driving.

The film begins at 6:30 p.m. following a reception at 6 p.m. which includes speeches from AT&T Missouri President John Sondag and Missouri State Senator Jason Holsman.
